Save the date! Fall Fest returns to Sunset Park on October 25, 2026 at 4 PM — an evening of chili, our new salsa contest, live music, and good old-fashioned Village community spirit.
Fall Fest is our community's biggest night of the year — hosted by neighbors, for neighbors, in partnership with the Social Committee of the Coto de Caza Community Association.
A live band takes the park stage every year, turning the park into The Village's own outdoor concert venue.
Neighbors go pot-to-pot in our blind-judged, people's-choice chili competition — now joined by a salsa, guac, and dip contest judged separately. Bragging rights are fierce and friendly.
Local food and drink, yard games, and plenty of room to relax with friends and family under the fall sky.
On October 26, 2025, The Village gathered at Sunset Park for an evening with the Kelly Boyz Band, food and drink, yard games, and our signature chili cook-off. Every year brings a new band and a new chili champion, but the neighborly spirit stays exactly the same.
