Fall Fest is our community's biggest night of the year — hosted by neighbors, for neighbors, in partnership with the Social Committee of the Coto de Caza Community Association.
A live band takes the park stage every year, turning the park into The Village's own outdoor concert venue.
Neighbors go pot-to-pot in our blind-judged, people's-choice chili competition. Bragging rights are fierce and friendly.
Local food and drink, yard games, and plenty of room to relax with friends and family under the fall sky.
On October 26, 2025, The Village gathered at Sunset Park for an evening with the Kelly Boyz Band, food and drink, yard games, and our signature chili cook-off. Every year brings a new band and a new chili champion, but the neighborly spirit stays exactly the same.
