Fall Fest is the biggest night of the year for our little corner of Coto de Caza — but it's really just one expression of a much bigger idea: neighbors showing up for each other.
The Village is a community of neighbors within Coto de Caza, a hillside community in Orange County, California. Every October, we come together at the park for Fall Fest — an evening of live music, food and drinks, a chili cook-off, a salsa showdown, and yard games that brings families out of their houses and into the park.
Fall Fest 2026 returns to Sunset Park on Sunday, October 25, starting at 4 PM, with The Vinyl Underground on stage, Baby's Burgers, Drizzle Dessert Truck and the Bubbly Bartender keeping everyone fed and toasting, and — new this year — voting and a raffle right from your phone.
Fall Fest is entirely volunteer-run. It's planned, organized, and loved by neighbors who believe that a strong community is built one shared evening at a time — and it's proudly presented in partnership with the Social Committee of the Coto de Caza Community Association.
Fall Fest exists because a handful of neighbors decided the Village deserved a night to gather, celebrate the season, and get to know one another a little better.
Whether you've lived here for twenty years or twenty days, Fall Fest is your invitation to pull up a chair, grab some chili, and meet your neighbors.
From the chili tasting table to the sound system, Fall Fest runs on the time and generosity of Village residents who love this community.
Longtime neighbor Doug Boren built the stage at Sunset Park that Fall Fest's band plays on, and with his RnD Band he's brought classic-rock concerts to Village neighbors throughout the year.

On October 26, 2025, the Village gathered at Sunset Park for an evening with the Kelly Boyz Band, food and drink, yard games, and our signature chili cook-off. Every year brings a new band and a new chili champion, but the neighborly spirit stays exactly the same.
